Requesting and taking holiday. At least once per year, you must take a holiday of two consecutive weeks. You and your employer are jointly responsible for seeing to it that you actually take the holiday you are legally entitled to. Your manager will determine your holiday after consultation with you. Your wishes will be taken into account wherever possible unless this is not possible because of overriding company interests.
