REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS. An employee, or group of employees, who consistently need more time to complete their work, may request additional time or help through their supervisor. The supervisor may forward this request to the appropriate District administrator including specific information about why additional time or help is necessary, the length of time for which the adjustment is needed, and the budgetary impact of the request. The District shall respond to the request within thirty (30) calendar days.
