Requests for Assignment in Customer Non-Payment. If Dell has requested, in writing, assignment of the Customer Agreement pursuant to Clause 6.3.2.A.(iv) and Distributor and/or the Reseller, refuses such assignment, or does not respond to such request within 10 days, Dell shall not be required to take assignment of the Customer Agreement pursuant to Clause 6.3.2.A.(ii) or (iii).
