REQUESTS FOR BARGAINING. 1. Upon a request of either party for a meeting to open bargaining, a mutually acceptable meeting date shall be set not more than ten (10) days following such request. A request for bargaining for a successor contract shall be made not less than ninety (90) days nor more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of this contract. 2. All issues proposed for bargaining shall be reduced to writing in comprehensive style, when necessary, by each party, the Board and the Association, and presented to the other party at the first meeting as a complete package. Written mutual consent shall be necessary for the parties to discuss any additional proposal not submitted at the first meeting.
