Common use of Requests for Video or Audio Recordings Clause in Contracts

Requests for Video or Audio Recordings. The Employer will provide the Union with a form for use in making requests for copies of audio or video recordings involving Union members. If the Employer believes that information in audio or video recordings may be used to support discipline of a bargaining unit member, the Employer will notify the Union so that it may request a copy of such recording. The parties agree that any such request will not be a basis for delaying an investigatory interview of an employee.
