Common use of Requests to Expedite Clause in Contracts

Requests to Expedite. If expedited service is requested, QuantumShift will populate the “Expedite” and “Expedite Reason” fields on the LSR. CenturyLink will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, however, CenturyLink reserves the right to refuse an expedite request if resources are not available. If an expedite request is granted, applicable expedite service order charges, as set forth in the Resale Appendix, will apply.
