Common use of Required Attendance Clause in Contracts

Required Attendance. 1. All Unit Members shall be required to attend Back to School Night and Open House. There will be no faculty meeting scheduled during the weeks of Back to School Night and Open House. There will be no faculty, grade level or staff development meetings during the week of the issuance of report cards. 2. If the Board requires a presentation by Unit Members, every effort should be made for them to appear early in the meeting. 3. It is understood that from time to time Unit Members may be requested to attend parent- related evening meetings. Attendance at such meetings shall require prior notification and mutual consent of the parties.
