Common use of Required By Law Clause in Contracts

Required By Law. The Transportation Provider may use or disclose PI as Required by Law, consistent with the restrictions of 42 CFR Part 431, Subpart F, 42 CFR Part 2, M.G.L. c. 66A, any other Applicable Law or any applicable Third-Party Agreement; provided, that, the Transportation Provider is not required to comply with the restrictions of a Third-Party Agreement unless it has been provided a copy of such Agreement in accordance with this section.
