Required Characteristics of Terminal Equipment. The characteristics of Terminal Equipment at either end of a circuit or channel shall be such that its connection to the circuit or channel complies with the minimum protection criteria set forth below and does not interfere with Services furnished to other Customers. Additional protective equipment, when required, shall be provided and maintained at Customer expense.
