Customer Approval of CPNI Use by Company. By signing this Agreement, Customer grants XO permission to use, give access to, and share, Xxxxxxxx’s CPNI between and among XX and its Affiliates, and with their agents, contractors, and partners, solely so XO and its affiliates can offer Customer our current and future products and services; and to disclose any of Customer’s current and future affiliates’ CPNI to Customer upon Customer’s request. Additionally, the signature below represents that the individual signing this consent has the authority to grant this permission to XO. You, our Customer, may withdraw or limit your consent at any time via email at cpni-xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. Please note that your consent will remain valid until XO receives a notice withdrawing consent. Withdrawal or limitation of consent will not affect existing service delivery.

Customer Approval of CPNI Use by Company. Customer may signify approval or denial of the use of its CPNI by Company or an affiliate of the Company; by so indicating in a Letter of Agency, SOA, MSA or other document executed by Customer, or by updating its Customer information and election. A Customer’s approval will remain in effect until Customer notifies the Company its intention of no longer wants the Company to use its CPNI to market other products of the Company or its affiliate to Customer. To revoke its approval, Customer may contact Company at any time, at no cost to Customer, by dialing 0-000-000-0000 or other means as posted on Company Customer Support web page at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/customer-support.html.

  • REGULATORY FILINGS AND CAISO TARIFF COMPLIANCE 3.1 Filing

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.

  • AGREEMENT APPROVAL This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previously executed agreements, representations, verbal or written, to buy and/or sell the property. Neither this agreement, nor any interest herein, shall be transferred or assigned by Buyer without the prior written consent of Seller.

  • Approval of Agreement The Board of Directors of the Company has authorized the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and has approved this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Single User License A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User. This user is not permitted to re-assign, transfer, or sublicense the software, except as described in Section 5, Transfer. This user may install and use the software on up to three computers, as long as the single-user Customer is the sole user of the software. If the computer on which this Software is loaded is attached to a network, this Software must not be accessible by any other user on such network. Single-user licenses may not be installed or used in a virtualized environment in order to or in a manner that circumvents the single user license type.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
