Required Insurance Policy Certificate. The Rider must include proof of special event coverage for the event at The Enchanted Xxxxxxx, in the amount of: One Million, $1,00,000.00 dollars and "The Enchanted Xxxxxxx" must be listed as an Additional Insured. Space Rental Owner hereby grants a limited access and revocable license (the “License”) to the Renter to use the building space of The Enchanted Xxxxxxx Venue (the “Space”) on the Event Date and during the hours specified under this agreement. The venue hours of operation are determined by the package chosen by client as listed below. ALL EVENTS must conclude by 12:AM for the One-day wedding and by 1:PM on the Two-day, with clean-up/teardown determined by End date of event. Venue doors will be locked at this time. This includes load out for vendors. CLEAN UP includes decorations, food, trash, any spills etc. Ahead of wedding day, please appoint at least 2 people who will be responsible for cleaning up after your guests leave. ALL TRASH, DECORATIONS, ETC. MUST BE CLEANED UP AND LEAVE THE VENUE as we have a Carry-In Carry-Out policy.

  • Required Insurance The HSP will put into effect and maintain, with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent, all the necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person in the business of the HSP would maintain including, but not limited to, the following at its own expense.

  • Certificate of Insurance/Endorsements A certificate of insurance from an insurer with a Best's rating of no less than A- indicating compliance with the required coverages has been received by the Department’s Contracts Management Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000. Contractor must notify the Department immediately of any material change in insurance coverage, such as changes in limits, coverages, change in status of policy, etc. The Department reserves the right to require complete copies of insurance policies at all times.

  • Required Insurance Coverages The Contractor also agrees to purchase insurance and have the authorized agent state on the insurance certificate that the Contractor has purchased the following types of insurance coverages, consistent with the policies and requirements of O.C.G.A. §50-21-37. The minimum required coverages and liability limits are as follows:

  • Updated Certification of Required Insurances As insurance coverage is traditionally of a term nature, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to maintain not just the appropriate insurance coverages, but also their filed certifications with OGS. The Contractor shall furnish to the State up to date certifications of coverages for all insurance requirements per section 4.16 - Insurance Requirements.

  • Required Insurance Coverage As a condition of this Contract with DIR, Vendor shall provide the listed insurance coverage within 5 business days of execution of the Contract if the Vendor is awarded services which require that Vendor’s employees perform work at any Customer premises and/or use employer vehicles to conduct work on behalf of Customers. In addition, when engaged by a Customer to provide services on Customer premises, the Vendor shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain the insurance coverage specified herein, and shall provide proof of such insurance coverage to the related Customer within five (5) business days following the execution of the Purchase Order. Vendor may not begin performance under the Contract and/or a Purchase Order until such proof of insurance coverage is provided to, and approved by, DIR and the Customer. All required insurance must be issued by companies that have an A rating and a Financial Size Category Class of VII from A.M. Best, and are licensed in the State of Texas and authorized to provide the corresponding coverage. The Customer and DIR will be named as Additional Insureds on all required coverage. Required coverage must remain in effect through the term of the Contract and each Purchase Order issued to Vendor there under. The minimum acceptable insurance provisions are as follows:

  • Certificate of Insurance Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance form to the City of Sparks to evidence the insurance policies and coverage required of Contractor.

  • Certificates of Insurance/Notices The Contractor shall provide OGS with a Certificate or Certificates of Insurance, in a form satisfactory to OGS as detailed below (e.g., an XXXXX certificate), after renewal or upon request. Certificates shall reference the award number and shall name The New York State Office of General Services, Procurement Services, 38th Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 as the certificate holder. Certificates of Insurance shall:  Be in the form acceptable to OGS and in accordance with the New York State Insurance Law (e.g., an XXXXX certificate);  Disclose any deductible, self-insured retention, aggregate limit or exclusion to the policy that materially changes the coverage required by this Contract;  Refer to this Contract by award number;  Be signed by an authorized representative of the referenced insurance carriers; and  Contain the following language in the Description of Operations / Locations / Vehicles section: The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees are included as an additional insured on endorsement CG 20 10 11 85 (or endorsements that provide equivalent coverage, such as the combination of CG 20 10 04 13 (covering ongoing operations) and CG 20 37 04 13 (covering completed operations)), and General liability coverage is provided on the current edition of Commercial General Liability Coverage Form CG 00 01 (or a form that provides equivalent coverage). Additional insured protection afforded is on a primary and non-contributory basis. A waiver of subrogation is granted in favor of the additional insureds. Only original documents (certificates of insurance and any endorsements and other attachments) or electronic versions of the same that can be directly traced back to the insurer, agent or broker via e-mail distribution or similar means will be accepted. OGS generally requires Contractors to submit only certificates of insurance and additional insured endorsements, although OGS reserves the right to request other proof of insurance. Contractors are requested to refrain from submitting entire insurance policies, unless specifically requested by OGS. If an entire insurance policy is submitted but not requested, OGS shall not be obligated to review and shall not be chargeable with knowledge of its contents. In addition, submission of an entire insurance policy not requested by OGS does not constitute proof of compliance with the insurance requirements and does not discharge Contractors from submitting the requested insurance documentation.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

  • Insurance Certificates The Contractor shall, in accordance with 2.1.2.2, procure the insurance coverages identified below at the Contractor’s expense (e.g. within the bid price and Contract Sum) and shall furnish the Owner an insurance certificate listing the Owner as the certificate holder and as an additional insured.
