LOAD OUT. Buyer is responsible for removing and transporting the Property from the Premises (“Load-Out”) at Buyer’s sole risk and expense and otherwise in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Load-Out shall be completed by Xxxxx as expeditiously as possible while taking all reasonable measures to prevent injury to person or damage to property. Upon payment of the entire Purchase Price, Buyer shall complete all Load-Out activities and remove the Property from the Premises on or before the applicable load-out deadline, as follows:

Those xxxxx received into licensed storage space from one or more outside locations for the purpose of shipping such cotton as one unit, block or load. Cotton received into, stored in, or delivered out of the warehouse which is not classified as non-storage. Transit cotton. Those xxxxx remaining less than 14 calendar days, that are unloaded into and reloaded from licensed storage space as a stopover point during transport from one destination to another.
