WEDDING DAY. An eight (8) hour period. • This eight hours includes pre-ceremony preparation/decoration, dressing, photos before/after the ceremony, the ceremony itself, and any post-ceremony activities (removal of guests, clean-up, etc.).

WEDDING DAY. The Photographer(s) will be provided a meal at the time the wedding party eats. A foreign citizen/foreign company may be allowed to bid for the property and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen/company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own cost to the Economic Planning Unit (if applicable) and/or relevant State Authority for the unconditional consent to the sale within the period stated in Clause 11 hereof but subject to Clause 22 hereof.

  • Non-Business Day If any payment of principal or interest on any Loan or of any other Obligation shall fall due on a day which is not a Business Day, interest or fees (as applicable) at the rate, if any, such Loan or other Obligation bears for the period prior to maturity shall continue to accrue on such Obligation from the stated due date thereof to and including the next succeeding Business Day, on which the same shall be payable.
