Common use of Required Meeting Clause in Contracts

Required Meeting. If the Trustees’ report, signed by all Trustees, is not provided as required in Article 15.1, the Community Council shall, by May 1st, call a Meeting of the Members to take place no later than June 30th. The Trustees shall attend and explain their failure to comply with the reporting requirements.
