Electrical Requirements. Electric must be ordered through GLE. The order forms can be found on the NYSNA Website. To receive the best price and ensure the least disruption to NYSNA exhibits, we ask that you order electrical service in advance directly through GLE.
Electrical Requirements. Electric must be ordered through the Decorator, Vista Convention Services. The order forms are included in a separate packet. Kitchen Access Requirements: Kitchen Access must be requested on the booth application. Registration: Badges and meal ticket(s) will be available for pick up at the Exhibitor Registration booth, located outside of the exhibit hall.
Electrical Requirements. Booth locations with electrical connections are limited and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Please indicate need for 110V outlets, specifying your usage below. We are unable to supply 220V.
Electrical Requirements. Exhibitor’s electrical needs will be determined from the information provided on each application. There is a limited amount of power available for exhibitors. If upon arrival to the Last Chance Stampede & Fair, electrical needs of exhibitor have changed or increased, approval must be sought from the Fairgrounds Manager before any hook-up will occur. It may be determined that additional electrical service will not be available. Power will not be available prior to the set up times unless permitted by the Fairgrounds Manager and charged accordingly. The Xxxxx & Xxxxx County Fairgrounds does not provide extension cords. All extension cords must be 3 prong and in proper working order. Commercial Booths shall use outlets provided and not wire directly into distribution panels. Xxxxx & Xxxxx County Fairgrounds shall not be responsible for any loss arising out of Commercial Xxxxx’x use of premises nor for loss or damages resulting from power interruptions and utility failures. Any alterations made will be at the cost of the Commercial Booth.
Electrical Requirements. (See Division 16. Electrical Riverside Office Park Specifications)
a. All panel boxes and circuit breakers shall be Square "O" and General Electric.
b. All wiring shall be in metal conduit, except telephone lines above ceiling which may be installed without conduit if it is U.S approved wire (i.e. teflon coated.)
c. Minimum wire size shall be 12 THW. THNN Copper with 600 volt insulation, and/or in accordance with the 1984 National Electric Code.
d. All XXX must be labeled.
e. All 120 volt convenience outlets shall be grounded type 20 amp NEMA Standard 5.15R and all 220 volt convenience outlets shall be grounded type 20 amp NEMA Standard 6.20R.
f. Telephone system shall have empty box with pull wire to top of wall. All abandoned telephone wiring and conduits to be removed prior to new installation
g. Clean and XXX entire suite with energy savings lamps and ballasts.
h. All Door outlets shall be tombstone type with manufacturer's requirement /or fire shield
i. No penetration of demising walls or floor slabs will be permitted without Landlord's prior written approval
j. Any and all damaged ceiling tiles shall be replaced by Landlord at Contractor's expense
k. Tenant standard light fixtures shall be 2 X 4 fluorescent fixtures and shall be equal to lithonia 2Gc 340 A 12 with standard active lenses. Fluorescent lamps shall be cool white color model #F40 CW 1/2RS. WM 35 watt. Wall meter or equal Ballasts shall be General Electric MaxiMizer Engineering and Construction XXX
Electrical Requirements. 1. Power for sound and lights shall be adequately isolated and on separate main feeds.
2. All power shall be adequately grounded to avoid noise and damage to equipment and to avoid injury to crew and performers.
Electrical Requirements. All Telephone Instruments shall be line powered, with the exception of those that are TDD. All Telephone Instruments shall not require additional power sources or batteries and shall be in full compliance with FCC regulations and UL Standards. All Telephone Instrument installations shall comply with National Electrical Code standards. ITS servers and recording equipment must remain operational during a temporary loss of power and shall have an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system capable of operation for a minimum of eight (8) hours. Contractor's UPS system shall operate in conjunction with the Sheriff’s and Probation Departments’ generator back-up power supply, which is set for a two (2) minute wait to switch over to generator power from the power company supply. UPS requirements will vary by facility, and as such, the power supply at each facility shall be modified accordingly to provide eight (8) hours of uninterrupted back-up power. In addition, a system alert mechanism shall be established to notify the Contactor immediately upon any loss of power to the ITS.
Electrical Requirements. Contractor shall make all electrical disconnections and connections including temporary connections, in accordance with the Technical Specification, provided that Contractor may not, under any circumstances, make any connections to the 3rd rail power supply. No open wiring provided by Contractor shall be accessible to unauthorized personnel. All conduits, bus ducts and their connections to electrical equipment shall be installed to make a continuous ground, unless otherwise directed by the Authority.
Electrical Requirements. Customer agrees to provide for the Products adequate electricity (including if necessary a dedicated 220v/20 amp wall outlet of 110v/15 amp or 20 amp wall outlet based on electrical wiring specification of Products).
