Common use of Required Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Required Qualifications. “Required Qualifications” means that the records of the University, or other knowledge made known to the University, establish that the employee has the education, training, and experience as posted, and indicates with reasonable certainty that the employee will be able to perform competently the full range of duties of the regular opening within a reasonable period of time. The postings will clearly state that the required qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be interviewed and considered for the position.
