Federally Facilitated Exchanges. To the extent that this agreement delegates any duties or administrative services to the Broker relating to Federally Facilitated Exchange business, the Broker agrees to comply with the requirements and standards stated in the following provisions of Federal law to the extent that they apply to those duties:

Federally Facilitated Exchanges. To the extent that this Agreement delegates any duties or administrative services to the Agency relating to Federally Facilitated Exchange business, the Agency shall comply with the requirements and standards of Federal law as well as any other applicable laws or regulations. Pursuant to 45 CFR 156.340, Agency agrees to permit access to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or the Office of Inspector General of the HHS to evaluate through audit, inspection or other means, the Agency’s books, contracts, computers or other electronic systems, including medical records and documentation related to a health plan issued through a Federally Facilitated Exchange.
Federally Facilitated Exchanges. To the extent that this Agreement delegates any duties or administrative services to the Producer relating to Federally Facilitated Exchange business, the Producer shall comply with the requirements and standards of Federal law as well as any other applicable laws or regulations. Pursuant to 45 CFR 156.340, Producer agrees to permit access to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or the Office of Inspector General of the HHS to evaluate through audit, inspection or other means, the Producer’s books, contracts, computers or other electronic systems, including medical records and documentation related to a health plan issued through a Federally Facilitated Exchange.

Related to Federally Facilitated Exchanges

  • Trade Facilitation The Parties shall work cooperatively in the fields of standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures with a view to facilitating trade between the Parties. In particular, the Parties shall seek to identify trade facilitating bilateral initiatives regarding standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures that are appropriate for particular issues or sectors. Such initiatives may include:

  • Federally Qualified Health Centers (A) The Contractor shall not restrict an Enrollee’s right to obtain FQHC services outside the PMHP through the Fee For Service Medicaid program.

  • Facilitation The Receiver agrees to facilitate the assumption, assignment or sublease of leases or the negotiation of new leases by the Assuming Institution; provided, that neither the Receiver nor the Corporation shall be obligated to engage in litigation, make payments to the Assuming Institution or to any third party in connection with facilitating any such assumption, assignment, sublease or negotiation or commit to any other obligations to third parties.

  • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.

  • FEDERALLY FUNDED This part is applicable if the recipient is a State or local government or a non-profit organization as defined in 2 CFR §200.330

  • Emergency Replacement SAP may replace a Subprocessor without advance notice where the reason for the change is outside of SAP’s reasonable control and prompt replacement is required for security or other urgent reasons. In this case, SAP will inform Customer of the replacement Subprocessor as soon as possible following its appointment. Section 6.3 applies accordingly.

  • SECTION 109 OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. No person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made available under this title.   • PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS If the Property is in a public improvement district,

  • HABILITATIVE SERVICES (HABILITATIVE mean healthcare services that help a person keep, learn, or improve skills and functioning for daily living. Examples include therapy for a child who is not walking or talking at the expected age. These services may include physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy and other services performed in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings for people with disabilities. HOSPITAL means a facility: • that provides medical and surgical care for patients who have acute illnesses or injuries; and • is either listed as a hospital by the American Hospital Association (AHA) or accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
