On-Call Services. Upon Customer’s request, Cummins shall provide on-call services (repair, emergency work or other) on the Equipment (“On-call Services”). Any On-call Services shall be invoiced to the Customer at the Cummins current hour rate (including traveling) and shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
On-Call Services. If specified by ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACT EMPLOYEE shall 20 provide “On-Call Services,” when supported by a written On-Call Schedule or other authorization signed 21 by ADMINISTRATOR:
22 1. Provide services of the kind and type described in this Agreement as determined necessary 23 by ADMINISTRATOR irrespective of time of day or night.
24 2. When scheduled by the ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACT EMPLOYEE shall remain 25 reachable by telephone or electronic signaling device within fifteen (15) minutes after signals are sent and 26 remain reachable for the entire period of such assignment. CONTRACT EMPLOYEE shall refrain from 27 activities which might impair his or her ability to respond and perform assigned services. In this regard, 28 CONTRACT EMPLOYEE shall immediately notify ADMINISTRATOR of any defect, or suspected 29 defect, in the signaling device.
On-Call Services. The program shall provide on-call coverage. Clinicians must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week for intensive case management and crisis intervention for enrolled Clients. The on-call individual must be able to respond in person in a timely manner when indicated. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all Clients are provided with the on-call phone number and know how to access the on-call services as needed.
On-Call Services. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that service requests from the City under this Agreement will be on an “as-needed” and per Task Order basis sole discretion of the City.
On-Call Services. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, City, in City’s sole discretion, shall direct Consultant to perform the Services described in the Proposal through written Task Orders. Consultant will not provide the On-Call Services unless and until City provides Consultant written notice that the Services are requested (which notice will identify the specific Services requested, budget with not-to-exceed cost, and schedule for completing the Services). Consultant will timely provide any On-Call Services requested by City subject to and in accordance with this Agreement.
On-Call Services. The Contractor shall be available to perform the services, including supplying and installing materials, set forth in the Request for Bids and the Bid (collectively, these services are the “Project”) for the Division. The Contractor shall perform the Project at the Division location set forth in the Request for Bids (the “Worksite”). The Contractor shall not substitute or vary the materials or subcontractors specified in the Request for Bids or the Bid without the prior written permission of the Division. The Division may contact Contractor to perform the Project on an as-needed basis. Contractor shall coordinate Contractor’s performance of the Project with Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, the project coordinator or the project coordinator’s designee (the “Project Coordinator”). All services shall be documented on a work-order signed by the Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will identify whether the requested services under the Project are an emergency or routine. In the event of an emergency, Contractor shall respond to the Worksite and implement temporary or permanent repairs within three (3) hours of the contact by the Project Coordinator. If the Project Coordinator identifies requested services as routine, Contractor will respond to and implement temporary or permanent repairs between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the next occurring weekday (Monday to Friday), excluding State of Idaho holidays. Contractor shall maintain the Worksite in a neat and orderly condition as reasonably directed by the Project Coordinator and shall comply with all reasonable procedures established by the Project Coordinator.
On-Call Services. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that service requests from the City under this Agreement will be on an “as-needed” and/or per Project basis at the sole discretion of the City. Each Project will include a not-to-exceed fee for all time, materials, and costs permitted to be incurred for that Project. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that the City is not required to request services from Consultant under this Agreement. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that it is not entitled to any compensation under this Agreement until such time that it has provided Required Services as explicitly authorized and approved by the City pursuant to the process identified herein.

When changing locations, CONTRACT 3 EMPLOYEE shall notify ADMINISTRATOR, as instructed by ADMINISTRATOR, of the new address 4 and telephone number at which CONTRACT EMPLOYEE can be reached; provided, however, no such 5 notice need be given if CONTRACT EMPLOYEE will be absent from a location, or unavailable by 6 telephone, for a period not in excess of thirty (30) minutes.

On-Call Services. The USDA may contract for on-call services. On-call services are not subject to the scheduling notification and refusal constraints outlined in this PWS.
