REQUIREMENT FOR AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF PROPOSALS TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. In addition to the Request For Qualification (RFQ) submission requirements above, the offeror must submit an electronic copy of its RFQ, redacted in accordance with any applicable exemptions from disclosure under D.C. Official Code §2-534. Redacted copies of the offeror’s RFQ must be submitted by e-mail attachment to the contact person designated in the solicitation. D.C. Official Code §2-536(b) requires the District to make available electronically copies of records that must be made public. The District’s policy is to release documents relating to District RFQs following award of the HCA, subject to applicable FOIA exemption under §2-534(a) (1). Successful RFQs will be published on the OCP Internet in accordance with D.C. Official Code §2-361.04, subject to applicable FOIA exemptions.

  • Scope of Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form When you use a product or service to which this Disclosure applies, you agree that we may provide you with any Communications in electronic format, and that we may discontinue sending paper Communications to you, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below.   • Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form All Communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) via e-mail, (2) by access to a web site that we will designate in an e-mail notice we send to you at the time the information is available, (3) to the extent permissible by law, by access to a web site that we will generally designate in advance for such purpose, or (4) by requesting you download a PDF file containing the Communication.

  • When Must Electronic Communications Be Retained? Email that qualifies under FOIA as a public record will need to be stored pursuant to the Local Records Act, only if it is evidence of the District's organization, function, policies, procedures, or activities or contains informational data appropriate for preservation (Local Records Act, 50 ILCS 205/). An example is any email from a Board officer concerning a decision made in his or her capacity as an officer. If a Board member uses his or her personal email, he or she must copy this type of email to the appropriate District office where it will be stored. If made available, Board members should use their email accounts provided by the District and the District will automatically store the official record messages. The District will delete these official record messages as provided in an applicable, approved retention schedule. Of course, email pertaining to public business that is sent or received by a Board Member using a District-issued device or email address will be subject to FOIA, even if the email does not need to be retained under the Local Records Act.

  • Submission of Certified Payroll Transcripts for Public Works Contracts Only Contractors and Subcontractors on public works projects must submit monthly payroll transcripts to the Authorized User that has prepared or directs the preparation of the plans and specifications for a public works project, as set forth in the Bid Specifications. For Mini-Bid solicitations, the payroll records must be submitted to the entity preparing the agency Mini-Bid project specification. For “agency specific” Bids, the payroll records should be submitted to the entity issuing the purchase order. For all other OGS Centralized Contracts, such records should be submitted to the individual agency issuing the purchase order(s) for the work. Upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and the Authorized User, the form of submission may be submitted in a specified disk format acceptable to the Department of Labor provided: 1) the Contractor/Subcontractor retains the original records; and, (2) an original signed letter by a duly authorized individual of the Contractor or Subcontractor attesting to the truth and accuracy of the records accompanies the disk. This provision does not apply to Article 9 of the Labor Law building services contracts.

  • Board Member Use of Electronic Communications For purposes of this section, electronic communications includes, without limitation, electronic mail, electronic chat, instant messaging, texting, and any form of social networking. Electronic communications among a majority or more of a Board-quorum shall not be used for the purpose of discussing District business. Electronic communications among Board members shall be limited to:

  • Electronic Notice An electronic communication (“Electronic Notice”) shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 16 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover.   • Public Communications Prior to the Closing Date, the Company will not issue any press release or other communication directly or indirectly or hold any press conference with respect to the Company, its condition, financial or otherwise, or the earnings, business, operations or prospects of any of them, or the offering of the Securities, without the prior written consent of the Placement Agent, unless in the reasonable judgment of the Company and its counsel, and after notification to the Placement Agent, such press release or communication is required by law, in which case the Company shall use its reasonable best efforts to allow the Placement Agent reasonable time to comment on such release or other communication in advance of such issuance.

  • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • PUBLIC COMMUNICATION Neither the Contractor nor any of its Staff shall make any statement to the press or issue through any media of communication any statement bearing on the Services performed or data collected under this Agreement, without the prior written approval of OSC.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.
