If within ten (10) business days of notice from Debtor requesting any such Release Document, the District Council fails to execute and deliver it or to provide to Debtor notice specifying with particularity the District Council’s objection to so doing, then the District Council hereby irrevocably appoints Debtor its true and lawful attorney in fact to execute, deliver, file and record on its behalf and in its name such Release Documents.
As to the Requisite Loans, all parties shall have executed and delivered to Escrow Holder the Lender Documents and, if agreeable to Lender, the Loan Release Documents, in the form previously approved pursuant to Section 2.2(a)(ii) above.
