Requirement for Notice in Writing. Wherever in this Contract provision is made for the giving or issuing of any notice, consent, approval, certificate or determination by any person (a "Notice"), unless otherwise specified such Notice shall be in writing and the words "notify", "consent", "approval", "certify" and "determined" shall be construed accordingly.
