CONDITIONS APPLICABLE PENDING TRANSFER As has already been referred to in this agreement, the common property will be owned and controlled by a body corporate for and on behalf of all owners including the purchaser. As the body corporate will only be established once the first transfer of a unit in the development has occurred, the Seller shall from the completion date and until the date of the establishment of the body corporate bear the rights and obligations of the body corporate. Section 313, 23 C.F.R. Section 635.410, as amended, and the Steel and Iron Preference provisions of Texas Transportation Code Section 223.045, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.
