Requirements for Maintaining Certification Status. (a) Currency: Continued certification requires that the certification holder maintain a level of proficiency 1 commensurate with the expectations of National Instruments. All certified customers must maintain proficiency in the most recent version of the software in which they are certified (LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or TestStand). Each certification is current for a period of two years. Maintaining certification requires successful completion of a recertification examination at the two-year expiration interval. National Instruments will attempt to contact each certification holder, using the email address provided by the user, within a reasonable time frame in which to complete the recertification requirements. Failure to complete recertification in the time frame provided will result in revocation of that individual’s certification status. Requirements for Maintaining Certification Status. (i) Currency: Continued certification requires that the certification holder maintains a level of proficiency commensurate with the expectations of NI. All certified Customers must maintain proficiency in the most recent version of the software in which they are certified (e.g. LabVIEW). Maintaining an active certification status requires successful completion of a recertification examination before the corresponding expiration date. NI will attempt to contact each certification holder, using the email address provided by the user, within a reasonable timeframe to complete the recertification requirements. Failure to complete recertification in the timeframe provided will result in revocation of that individual’s certification status.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:

  • Regulatory Good Standing Certification Does Vendor certify that its entity is in good standing will all government entities and agencies, whether local, state, or federal, that regulate any aspect of Vendor's field of work or business operations? If Vendor selects "No", Vendor must provide explanation on the following attribute question. Yes

  • Updated Certification of Required Insurances As insurance coverage is traditionally of a term nature, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to maintain not just the appropriate insurance coverages, but also their filed certifications with OGS. The Contractor shall furnish to the State up to date certifications of coverages for all insurance requirements per section 4.16 - Insurance Requirements.

  • ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable

  • Certification Regarding Responsibility Matters This provision applies to solicitations where the contract value is expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
