Common use of Requirements for Ordering Clause in Contracts

Requirements for Ordering. a. Each order placed under this Agreement (“Order”) shall be considered a separate contract between the Purchasing Entity and the Contractor and shall be deemed to incorporate all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Nothing contained in any Order made under this Agreement shall amend or vary the terms of this Agreement. Additional terms which do not conflict with the terms of this Agreement may be included in an Order, if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Purchasing Entity.
