Requirements for Participant’s. The participant is strictly responsible for fulfilling all requirements asked for to participate at the championship and has to make sure that he or she meets all medical requirements and has the ability to compete at the championship. In case of uncertainty regarding a participants medical and health conditions, the participants has to discuss the issue immediately with the Varsity Brands Europe GmbH. Every participant must assure that he or she has a valid accident and health insurance.

Developer shall be responsible for protection of the Large Generating Facility and Developer’s other equipment from such conditions as negative sequence currents, over- or under-frequency, sudden load rejection, over- or under-voltage, and generator loss-of-field. Developer shall be solely responsible to disconnect the Large Generating Facility and Developer’s other equipment if conditions on the New York State Transmission System could adversely affect the Large Generating Facility.
