Requirements for supplies and equipment. Supplies and equipment are to be provided at the contractor’s expense. The contractor must supply and use:  cleaning trolleys. These may be left at EASO in a locked room next to the Reception area.  cleaning products (detergent, disinfectant, etc)  toiletry supplies (hand soap, 3-ply toilet paper, paper towels, pedal bin liners, toilet brushes and disposable toilet seat covers)  large waste bins for the kitchenettes  large (approximately 50 cm height) pedal bins for the toilets  for the ladies’ toilet, sanitary bins, bin liners for sanitary bins and sanitary item disposal bags must also be supplied  kitchenette supplies (detergents, cleaning sponges, kitchen rolls (paper towels), dustbins and bin bags - both black and grey ones)  cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, stepladders, etc.)  kitchenette/toilet equipment (pedal bins for the toilets and kitchen, toilet brushes)  large dustbin liners for removal of waste  necessary work wear and safety equipment for cleaning staff  “WET FLOOR” signs to put up when floors are cleaned The contractor will provide enough cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure that cleaning is done efficiently and that EASO staff and visitors have sufficient supplies in toilets, showers and kitchenettes.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities.   • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Stored equipment We accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or we will charge fees each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. We may, in our discretion, dispose of any items referred to below by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as we think fit, and charge you any costs we incur in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same, in any of the following circumstances:
