Removal of Waste. During Tenant's performance of the Tenant Improvement Work and Contractor's performance of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant and Contractor shall promptly remove all of their trash and debris to Contractor supplied trash receptacles. Tenant shall not, and Tenant shall not permit Contractor to, dispose such waste material into the Building's trash receptacles.
Removal of Waste. Seller shall have removed or caused to be removed, to Purchaser’s satisfaction and at Seller’s sole expense, any tornado damage, scrap items, debris or other waste, including inoperable vehicles and/or equipment, drums containing waste, etc., located within or along the roadways adjacent to the Houston Tank Wash facility.
Removal of Waste. NOXSO will see to the due and prompt removal from the Site of products of the Project Facilities (including all by-products and wastes), in whatever form. If NOXSO does not do so and RPL is required to remove from the Site any products of the Project Facilities, NOXSO will reimburse RPL for the cost of such removal.

NYCH agrees to remove from the Landfill at its sole cost any waste rejected by the Authority in accordance with Section 7, and NYCH shall not be obligated to pay a tipping fee for waste so rejected. NYCH will, in the event the Authority is required to segregate such waste and remove it from the Landfill, be charged for any costs incurred by the Authority for such segregation and removal.
Removal of Waste. The Lessee shall own and be responsible for the removal and disposal of all Waste in compliance with Section 5.2.
Removal of Waste. The Concessionary Company shall keep the Project Territory free from unnecessary waste or obstacles and shall store or remove any equipment, Temporary Objects or redundant material. The Concessionary Company cleans or removes from the Project Territory any waste, remains or temporary work that is no longer required for the Project.

Since June 30, 2015, and at its sole expense, Seller has removed from the Premise and disposed of off the Premise in compliance with applicable Laws, all wastes, including all used paint booth exhaust filters, all used HVAC filters, inoperable lighting fixtures, all trash, and all hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, including, without limitation, old or unusable paints and chemical supplies, used paint thinner and burnt out lighting units.
Removal of Waste. Prior to Final Closing, Seller shall have ------------------ removed all hazardous and nonhazardous waster at the Facility as determined by an inspection conducted by the Buyer.
Removal of Waste. Company shall be responsible for the removal of barrels of hazardous materials created in the ordinary course of business prior to the Closing Date which have not been removed from the Facility prior to the date hereof.
Removal of Waste. You must during provision of Lifting Services and Hard Standing keep the Facilities clean, tidy and in good working order and remove all waste materials, chips, shavings, mud barnacles, sand and other detritus resulting from works performed on or to the Vessel.
