Requirements; Xxxxxx's Representations and Warranties. Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxx, and all beneficial owners, managers, executive officers and directors of Lessee, must be in compliance with all applicable Governmental Requirements applicable to such Persons, including, without limitation, the requirements of Executive Order No. 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (Sept. 25, 2001) (the "Order") and other similar requirements contained in the rules and regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control, Department of the Treasury ("OFAC") and in any enabling legislation enacted or other Executive Orders issued with respect thereto or with respect to the subject matter of the Order (the Order and such other rules, regulations, legislation, or orders are collectively called the "Orders").
