Resale Royalties. You additionally acknowledge and agree that there is a resale royalty embedded in this NFT and that the percentage of that resale royalty will be paid out of any amount you receive when you sell or transfer this NFT. If you do not conduct such sale or transfer of this NFT via a marketplace that recognizes these terms and that will automatically send that resale royalty to the Artist, you may be held personally responsible for the amount that should have been paid to the Artist upon resale.

Resale Royalties. Upon sale of the Artwork by the Owner, the Owner shall pay the Artist three percent (3%) of the sale price of the Artwork.
Resale Royalties. (a) While your right to use the Licensed NFT Artwork under the Licence is royalty free, you agree to pay a creator fee (otherwise known as a resale royalty) when you buy or sell Dimension X NFTs. The Creator has selected 10% as the percentage of creator fees. These creator fees are deducted each time a Dimension X NFT is sold on a secondary marketplace that supports such creator fees. You undertake not to transfer your ownership in any of your Dimension X NFTs in any manner which would purposefully result in you failing to pay the creator fees in full. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not prohibited from gifting your Dimension X NFTs to another person or making a transfer that is not for the purpose of circumventing the payment of creator fees.
Resale Royalties. Upon resale, 20% of the gross resale price of each secondary market sale will be equally divided and paid to EPOCH[, LACMA] and each of the participating artists whose works were included in that Exhibition.

  • Royalties 1. Royalties arising in a Contracting State and paid to a resident of the other Contracting State may be taxed in that other State.

  • License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses. If the Agreement provides for an annual license fee computed in whole or part by reference to the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets, for purpose of calculating the accrual of estimated expenses such annual fee shall accrue at a daily rate and the Trustee is authorized to compute an estimated license fee payment (i) until the Depositor has informed the Trustee that there will be no further deposits of additional Securities, by reference to an estimate of the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets which the Depositor shall provide the Trustee, (ii) thereafter and during the calendar quarter in which the last business day of the period described in clause (i) occurs, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of such last business day, and (iii) during each subsequent calendar quarter, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of the last business day of the preceding calendar quarter. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

  • Royalty Reports After the first commercial sale of a Licensed Product anywhere in the world, LICENSEE shall submit to UNIVERSITY quarterly royalty reports on or before each February 28, May 31, August 31 and November 30 of each year. Each royalty report shall cover LICENSEE’s (and each Affiliate’s and Sublicensee’s) most recently completed calendar quarter and shall show:

  • License Fee The Licensee to shall make payment of the License Fee to Licensor on the date of this Agreement. All rights granted to Licensee by Producer in the Beat are conditional upon Licensee’s timely payment of the License Fee. The License Fee is a one-time payment for the rights granted to Licensee and this Agreement is not valid until the License Fee has been paid.
