Your Ownership. You promise that you own the property with a good title to it in fee simple free from any property claim or defect and that the title cannot be defeated. You promise that all property taxes that have become due have been paid.

Third-Party Content These Services may contain articles, photographs, text, graphics, designs, information, applications, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Content is not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Content posted on/in, or available through these Services, including the content, accuracy, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Content. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use of any ThirdParty Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. You shall hold us harmless from any losses sustained by you or harm caused to you relating to or resulting in any way from any ThirdParty Content.
Your Ownership. Any Analytics specific to You or Your Events are owned by You and are deemed Your Confidential Information (as defined in 8.1). RIngCentral will never use or disclose Your Analytics in a manner intended to allow any third party to identify or benchmark Your business practices and services.

By participating in the Beta Program together with any AI Services, You grant Alteryx a non-exclusive unlimited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Output Content produced during the Beta Program to improve Alteryx products and services, provided that Alteryx will not share or disclose any such Output Content.
