Resale Price. Distributor may resell Products at any price that Distributor in its sole discretion determines.
Resale Price. The sales price of the Workforce Housing Unit that the Eligible Buyer receives upon the sale of the Workforce Housing Unit to a third-party.
Resale Price. CaminoSoft is free to determine its own resale prices for the Legato Product. No employee or representative of Legato has any authority to dictate or in any way inhibit CaminoSoft's pricing discretion with respect to the Legato Product.

First, the Servicer will provide the Field Representative with a figure representing the Servicer's actual cash cost in the home multiplied by a factor of 150%. This figure provides a baseline price below which the property generally will not be sold. Sales for a price below such baseline price require the permission of the Regional or Assistant Regional Supervisor. Second, the Field Representative makes reference to the current price for a similar new home. Finally, the Field Representative refers to the market price prevailing for comparable homes in the area, discounting, if necessary, for the work left to be done to bring the house to completion.
Resale Price. The sales price that Authorized Reseller charges to its customers for products shall be determined by Authorized Reseller with some discretion, but Xxxxx Fishing Company, Inc. may notify Authorized Reseller of the suggested retail price (MSRP) for products, and Xxxxx Fishing Company, Inc. will provide Authorized Reseller with MAP pricing that Authorized Reseller must abide by.
Resale Price. CMS is entitled to give recommended price for the Products in Territory to DKSH and both Parties shall fully discuss the resale price before implementation., However, DKSH shall be free to determine the resale price of the Products in the Territory. DKSH shall keep CMS fully and timely informed on the change of price and price structure of the Products in the Territory.
Resale Price. The Parties acknowledge that Orion is, and shall at all times remain, free to set its resale price for the Licensed Product in the Territory. However, if Orion, its Affiliates or Marketing Distributors sell Licensed Product to a customer who also purchases other products from any such entity, Orion agrees not to (and agrees to require its Affiliates and their Marketing Distributors not to) deal with Licensed Product in a manner that is intended to disadvantage Licensed Product to the benefit of other products offered for sale by Orion, its Affiliates or their Marketing Distributors to such customer.
Resale Price. Reseller is free to determine its own resale prices for Software, Updates and Services. No employee or agent of Legato has any authority to dictate or in any way inhibit Reseller's resale pricing discretion with respect to the Software, Updates, and Services.

If the proposed sale price is less than a specified deviation below the baseline price, the property must be seen by the Assistant Divisional Supervisor or Divisional Vice President supervising the area in which the property is located. The Divisional Vice President must explain any shortfalls to an officer in the central office in Tampa or Fort Worth, who will attach the statement to the sale package.
