Twitter may cancel any outstanding Purchase Order or part of a Purchase Order without liability by giving five (5) business days prior written notice to Supplier. If Twitter cancels a Purchase Order on less than five (5) business days notice and Supplier cannot, after exercising its commercially reasonable efforts, use the Deliverables in the course of its business or dispose of them, Twitter will compensate Supplier in an agreed-to amount not to exceed the actual purchase price of the Deliverables. In no event will Twitter have any liability in respect of any Purchase Order cancelled pursuant to Sections 7, 9 or 13.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION. Buyer shall only be entitled to reschedule a Scheduled Shipping Date or cancel any order of Products pursuant to an accepted Purchase Order upon Celeritek's prior written consent.

Once an Order has been accepted by ZMC by way of a purchase order acknowledgement, rescheduling and/or changes to any Orders are to be submitted to ZMC in writing and are subject to the following terms. Specifically, any Order: (a) providing for delivery or currently scheduled to be delivered within thirty (30) days may not be canceled, rescheduled and/or changed; and (b) providing for delivery in excess of thirty-one (31) days, may not be cancelled or changed, but may have its delivery date rescheduled up to thirty (30) days later at no charge to Retailer provided Retailer may only reschedule such Order once. Any exceptions to these requirements must be reviewed and approved in writing by ZMC.

If the Product is in transit from Seller's manufacturing plant or already located at a warehouse, then Buyer's ability to cancel or reschedule may be disallowed. Non-standard “Z” classification Products are non-cancellable and non- returnable, and may not be rescheduled.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION. You may reschedule the appointment for conducting the RTPCR at no additional cost, test prior to 1 (one) hour from the appointment time by submitting the rescheduling tab on the website. You shall be required to submit your application number for the purpose of rescheduling and the same shall be routed to Genestrings. You shall be provided the appointment time as per the availability with Genestrings. There shall not be any refund in the application fee for conducting the test. Any dispute related to rescheduling may be taken up directly with Genestring and/or Premium Plaza and DIAL shall not be responsible in any manner for any such rescheduling. You may cancel the appointment for conducting the RTPCR test by submitting the cancellation tab on the website. You shall be required to submit your application number for the purpose of cancellation and the same shall be routed to Genestrings. A refund shall be done for such cancellation per the following table. 24 hours prior to the beginning of selected slot time 10% of the booking amount 90% of the booking amount Within 24 hours 100% of the booking amount Nil Any dispute related to refund may be taken up directly with Genestring and/or Premium Plaza/ Payment Gateway Partner and DIAL shall not be responsible in any manner for any such refund.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION. An order pursuant to these Terms shall not be rescheduled or cancelled by Buyer (in whole or in part) except with the prior written consent of Seller. Seller reserves the right to cancel any orders placed by Buyer, or to refuse or delay shipment thereof, if Buyer: (a) fails to make any payment as provided in these Terms or under the terms of payment set forth in any invoice or otherwise agreed to by Seller and Buyer, (b) fails to meet reasonable credit or financial requirements established by Seller, including any limitations on allowable credit, or (c) otherwise fails to comply with these Terms. Buyer may not cancel for Seller's breach unless Xxxxx has provided Seller with thirty (30) days prior written notice alleging such breach and such breach has not been remedied by Seller within such time period.
