  • TUITION AND OTHER FEES 5.1 The Training Provider may determine the tuition fee it charges to any Skills First Student for delivery of programs on the Funded Scope, unless:

  • Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid. Work Product Contractor assigns to the Purchasing Entity and its successors and assigns, the entire right, title, and interest in and to all causes of action, either in law or in equity, for past, present, or future infringement of intellectual property rights related to the Work Product and all works based on, derived from, or incorporating the Work Product under an Order. Whether or not Contractor is under contract with the State at the time, Contractor shall execute applications, assignments, and other documents, and shall render all other reasonable assistance requested by the State, to enable the State to secure patents, copyrights, licenses and other intellectual property rights related to the Work Product. To the extent that Work Product would fall under the definition of “works made for hire” under 17 U.S.C.S. §101, the Parties intend the Work Product to be a work made for hire.
