Common use of Research Integrity Clause in Contracts

Research Integrity. Sponsoring Institution acknowledges that research misconduct by Grantee is contrary to the interests of LLS and the patients and their families, as well as to the integrity of research, and to the conservation of donor funds. Sponsoring Institution will cause Grantee to follow the Sponsoring Institution’s policies as they relate to Research Misconduct. Sponsoring Institution represents and warrants that such policies are at least as rigorous as those followed by the NIH (Public Health Service Policies on Research Misconduct 42 CFR 93).
