Falsification. The falsification of any of the above certifications may subject the contractor or subcontractor to civil or criminal prosecution under 18 U.S.C. 1001 and 31 U.S.C. 3729.

If the employee fails or refuses to resign, then the employee shall be discharged.
Falsification or improper use of sick leave will be grounds for immediate suspension or termination of employment.

Falsification, omission, or misrepresentation of the information in the waiver application or Verification of Employment Forms shall render this Agreement, and the IMG’s placement, null and void, with the result that the IMG will have failed to meet his or her service obligation and the provisions of Article 6 shall apply.
