Outcome of Investigation. After considering all the information reasonably available on the matter, and if the Employer determines that misconduct/behaviour or underperformance issues have occurred, the Employer may, having regard to the degree of misconduct or underperformance:

Outcome of Investigation. As soon as it is known, the Host Organisation must on a confidential basis inform Snow Medical of the outcome of the investigation into the alleged breach of the Code and/or Research Misconduct and provide Snow Medical with a copy of the investigative report, an analysis of the outcomes of the investigation, and a summary of any remedial action to be taken against the respondent.
Outcome of Investigation. Within 5 days of the conclusion of an investigation, management shall inform the employee and the Lodge of the outcome of the investigation in writing. This notice shall include any recommendation for further action, including discipline.
