RESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF LISTING OF STOCK. The Company will at all times reserve and keep available, solely for issuance and delivery upon the exercise of this Warrant, such shares of Warrant Shares and other stock, securities and property, as from time to time shall be issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant and shall use its best efforts to list and maintain the quotation of the Warrant Shares on the same system or exchange as the Company's outstanding Common Stock.
