RESERVATION OF RIGHTS BY XXXXX. 19. Xxxxx retains all rights to assert claims in law or equity against any person, company, or entity with respect to the Property, except as limited elsewhere by this Contract. Xxxxx and its Beneficiaries specifically deny responsibility for response costs or damages resulting from Existing Contamination except for Contamination, releases, and consequences they cause or contribute. However, Xxxxx and its Beneficiaries agree to undertake the requirements of this Contract.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS BY XXXXX. The software, workflow processes, user interface, designs, know-how and other technologies provided by Xxxxx as part of the Service are the proprietary property of Kareo and its licensors, and all right, title and interest in and to such items, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain only with Xxxxx. Kareo reserves all rights unless expressly granted in this agreement.
