Reservation of Rights to Modify Common Elements and Area Designated Office Space. The Developer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, subject only to the approval of the Oceola Township Board, to modify the size and/or location of the general common elements for such purposes as are consistent with the Developer's plans for expansion. In conformance with the Developer's plans for expansion, any and all such rights shall expire six years after the recording of the Master Deed unless the Developer has exercised its right to either expand or convert those portions of the project for which such right of expansion or convertibility is reserved herein.
