Money for Certificate Payments to Be Held in Trust All moneys deposited with any Paying Agent for the purpose of any payment on Certificates shall be deposited and held in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders entitled to such payment, subject to the provisions of this Section. Moneys so deposited and held in trust shall constitute a separate trust fund for the benefit of the Certificateholders with respect to which such money was deposited. The Trustee may at any time, for the purpose of obtaining the satisfaction and discharge of this Agreement or for any other purpose, direct any Paying Agent to pay to the Trustee all sums held in trust by such Paying Agent, such sums to be held by the Trustee upon the same trusts as those upon which such sums were held by such Paying Agent; and, upon such payment by any Paying Agent to the Trustee, such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such money.
Payments to the Owner Trustee Any amounts paid to the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Article VIII shall be deemed not to be a part of the Owner Trust Estate immediately after such payment.
Investment Earnings and Supplemental Servicing Fees The Servicer shall be entitled to receive all Investment Earnings and Supplemental Servicing Fees when and as paid without any obligation to the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee or the Depositor in respect thereof. The Servicer will have no obligation to deposit any such amount in any account established hereunder. To the extent that any such amount shall be held in any account held by the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, or otherwise established hereunder, such amount will be withdrawn therefrom and paid to the Servicer upon presentation of a certificate signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer setting forth, in reasonable detail, the amount of such Investment Earnings or Supplemental Servicing Fees.
Designation of Additional Amounts to Be Included in the Excess Spread Amount for the DiscoverSeries Notes At any time that any outstanding Series of certificates issued by the Master Trust provides that the Series Principal Collections allocated to such Series will be deposited into the Group Finance Charge Collections Reallocation Account for the Master Trust to the extent necessary for application to cover shortfalls for other Series issued by the Master Trust, an amount equal to (x) all Series Principal Collections allocated to such Series, multiplied by (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the Nominal Liquidation Amounts for each outstanding Tranche of the DiscoverSeries Notes (including these notes) and the denominator of which is (i) the Aggregate Investor Interest for the Master Trust minus (ii) the sum of the Series Investor Interests for all such Series that provide that the Series Principal Collections allocated to such Series will be so deposited, is hereby designated to be included in the Excess Spread Amount and shall be treated as Series Finance Charge Amounts for the DiscoverSeries.
Payments from Owner Trust Estate All payments to be made by the Owner Trustee under this Agreement or any of the Basic Documents to which the Trust or the Owner Trustee is a party shall be made only from the income and proceeds of the Owner Trust Estate and only to the extent that the Owner Trustee shall have received income or proceeds from the Owner Trust Estate to make such payments in accordance with the terms hereof. Wilmington Trust Company or any successor thereto, in its individual capacity, shall not be liable for any amounts payable under this Agreement or any of the Basic Documents to which the Trust or the Owner Trustee is a party.
