Common use of Residence Fees Clause in Contracts

Residence Fees. a. Residence Fees include accommodation from 8:00 a.m. on the first day of Move In Week as outlined in Section 3.0, until 24 hours following the Resident’s final first term exam in December 2022 or the beginning of the Mid-Year Break as identified in Section 3.0, whichever is earlier; and from 10:00 a.m. on the Saturday before the Winter term begins and Residence re-opens after the Mid-Year Break, as outlined in Section 3.0, until 24 hours after the Resident’s final exam in April 2023, or until the end of the Agreement period, at 12:00 p.m. noon on the last day of Humber Academic Year Residence operations as outlined in Section 3.0, whichever is earlier.
