Vacating the Residence. Upon termination of the Lease, the Resident agrees to surrender the premises to the University and to remove all personal property. Resident shall be individually liable for the removal of all property of the Resident. Any student property left in the residence after the termination date will be deemed abandoned, and the University may take possession of and dispose of such property in any manner it deems appropriate in accordance with University regulations and applicable law, without any liability to the University whatsoever. The Resident understands and agrees that the Resident remains responsible for the premises, fixtures, furniture, and for paying the full residence rate until all keys are returned to the University and notice is given that the residence has been vacated.
Vacating the Residence. Any Resident who has withdrawn from Residence, or had their occupancy terminated shall vacate the Residence and room within forty-eight (48) hours unless specified otherwise in the Agreement.

The Resident understands and agrees that the Resident remains responsible for the premises, fixtures, furniture, and for paying the full residence rate until all keys are returned to the University and notice is given that the residence has been vacated.
Vacating the Residence. Any Resident who has withdrawn from Residence, or has had their tenancy terminated pursuant to this Agreement is required vacate the Room and the Residence within the timeframe for vacating specified in the written notice. In addition, Housing & Residence Life reserves the right to require You to immediately vacate the Residence without notice should your conduct represent a risk to the safety, security or well-being of other Residents, as determined in the absolute discretion of Housing & Residence Life.
Vacating the Residence. Any resident whose Residence Contract is terminated by the College shall vacate the residence within 48 hours of delivery of notice of termination by the College. The College reserves the rights to require the immediate vacating of the residence without notice by any resident should that resident’s conduct represent a risk to the safety, security or well-being of other residents as determined in the absolute discretion of the College.
Vacating the Residence. Room The Resident will vacate the Room and the Suite and remove all possessions there from before 3:00 p.m. on the Vacating Date, as defined in section 1.1, in accordance with Section 4.1 above and has no vested right to occupy the Room or the Suite beyond that time. The resident will move-out in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Residence Handbook, including the return of all keys, credentials, or Graduate House property. a. The Resident is responsible for pro-rated additional charges if all possessions are not removed, and replacement key charges if keys are not returned by 3:00 p.m. on the Vacating Date, Withdrawal Date, or Effective Date of Termination as the case may be.
Vacating the Residence. 2.1 It will be the Tenant’s responsibility to ensure that the Premises and its grounds are clean and tidy upon moving out. Upon vacating the Premises, the Tenant will perform, at minimum, the following (please refer to Schedule B.01 for detailed checklist):
2.1.1 Wash walls and baseboards;
2.1.2 Wash and wax floors;
2.1.3 Xxxxxx and shampoo carpets;
2.1.4 Clean appliances. Refrigerators are to be cleaned, unplugged and left with the doors propped open to prevent mildew. Stovetops and ovens are to be cleaned thoroughly. Washing machines are to be wiped out especially the soap and liquid fabric dispensers and the lint is removed from the clothes dryer;
2.1.5 Remove all garbage and leave the Premises and its grounds in a neat and tidy condition;
2.1.6 Wash inside and outside of all cupboards; and
2.1.7 Any other cleaning that is reasonably necessary to return the Premises to the Landlord in good condition and repair.
2.2 The checkout Accommodation Inspection Report shall be completed after all possessions are removed, and the Premises has received its final cleaning.
2.3 The Accommodation Inspection Report appointment shall be scheduled during normal working hours where Landlord personnel are involved.
Vacating the Residence. Vacating the Residence. Any Resident who has withdrawn from Residence, or had their tenancy terminated pursuant to paragraph 6.5, shall vacate the Residence and Room within 48 hours. Housing & Residence Life reserves the right to require the Resident to immediately vacate the Residence without notice should the Residents conduct represent a risk to the safety, security or well-being of other residents, as determined in the absolute discretion of Housing & Residence Life.
