EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
Executive Director (a) The HMO must employ a qualified individual to serve as the Executive Director for its HHSC HMO Program(s). Such Executive Director must be employed full-time by the HMO, be primarily dedicated to HHSC HMO Program(s), and must hold a Senior Executive or Management position in the HMO’s organization, except that the HMO may propose an alternate structure for the Executive Director position, subject to HHSC’s prior review and written approval.
INDEPENDENT BOARD COMMITTEE AND INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISER An independent board committee comprising all the independent non-executive Directors (who have no material interest in the New Guarantee Agreement) has been established to advise the Independent Shareholders on (i) the New Guarantee Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder; and (ii) the Guarantee Annual Caps. The Company has appointed Lego Corporate Finance Limited as the Independent Financial Adviser to advise the Independent Board Committee and the Independent Shareholders on
Management Board 6.1 The Management Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Integrated Service. Its functions and terms of references are set out in Schedule 3 Part I to this Agreement.
Staffing Committee 1. The Nurse Staffing Committee (NSC) shall be responsible for determining the Hospital’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.
School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.
