Common use of RESIDENT INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

RESIDENT INFORMATION. You represent that all information supplied by you or the Guarantor to us by means of a rental application or similar instrument is true and correct and was given by you and Guarantor voluntarily and knowingly. If someone requests information on you or your rental history for law enforcement, governmental or business purposes, we can provide it without notice to you or any further consent. Further, by agreeing to the terms of this Lease, you consent to the release of your contact information, including email address, telephone number, and permanent mailing address, without notice, to roommates assigned to the same Apartment, for roommate matching services, to your school/university, and for other needed business purposes, as may be determined necessary or convenient by Owner or Manager.
