Resident Publishers or Non-resident GST-Registered Publishers. (i) If Publisher is a resident of Australia, it is a condition of this Agreement that Publisher have an Australian Business Number (“ABN”) and is registered for GST or have submitted an application to register for GST to the Commissioner with an effective GST registration date of no later than the date of this Agreement. Publisher will provide Apple with satisfactory evidence of Publisher’s ABN and GST Registration (by uploading to Apple, using the iTunes Connect site, a copy of Publisher’s GST Registration or print-out from the Australian Business Register) within thirty (30) days of this Agreement. Publisher warrants that Publisher will notify Apple if it ceases to hold a valid ABN or be registered for GST.

  • Resident Nurse A registered nurse whose clinical experience after graduation is less than six (6) months, or a registered nurse who is returning to practice with no current clinical training or experience. A resident nurse shall be assigned under the close and direct supervision of a designated preceptor(s) and shall have limited responsibilities as defined by the supervisor. Residency shall not exceed six (6) continuous months unless extended in writing for an additional three (3) months when mutually agreed to by the Employer and individual nurse involved. A resident nurse who is required to function continuously without close and direct supervision and who is assigned the same level of responsibilities as a staff nurse shall be compensated at the staff nurse rate of pay. Nurses working under close and direct supervision shall not be assigned charge duty or as a team leader without a staff nurse being present in the unit, except in cases of emergency.

  • Physical Fitness Program 42.1 The Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee consisting of four (4) members, two (2) appointed by the Chief of Department and two (2) appointed by the Union shall develop a physical fitness program for the Department to maintain and improve the health and fitness of members and reduce injuries. The employees appointed by the Union shall receive reasonable time off without loss of compensation or other benefits for the purpose of participating in meetings of the Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee.
