Resident to Ombudsperson. In situations when the concern relates to the Department Chair or Program Director and Resident believes that it cannot be presented to the Department Chair or Program Director, Resident may present the grievance directly to the Ombudsperson for guidance. The GME office will assist the resident in identifying an Ombudsperson.
