Common use of Residential Child-Care Facility Clause in Contracts

Residential Child-Care Facility. Grant funds may be used to pay for all or part of the costs of placement of a juvenile into a residential child-care facility in this state that is licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services or other regulatory authority if said facility is required to possess such a license.
