Common use of Residential Child-Care Facility Clause in Contracts

Residential Child-Care Facility. Grant funds may be used to pay for all or part of the costs of placement of a juvenile into a residential child-care facility in this state that is licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services or other regulatory authority if said facility is required to possess such a license. Grant funds may be used to pay for all or part of the costs of a placement of a juvenile into a residential child-care facility if the facility is accredited in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 42, Subchapter E of the Human Resources Code regarding Accreditation of Child-Care Facilities and Child-Placing Agencies.
