Common use of RESIDENTIAL DINING SERVICES Clause in Contracts

RESIDENTIAL DINING SERVICES. A) Participation Requirements: Participation in a meal plan is mandatory for all Licensees residing in the RH, TCS, TJS, and VCS communities. Students residing in in these communities are required to choose a minimum of a twelve (12) a week. Licensees who relocate from a community where a meal plan is mandatory will be defaulted to the lowest available meal plan. Students in the CalFresh program are required to have a meal plan. Proof of enrollment is required, and students are able to select a 5 meal per week option at the rate of $222 per meal plan installment. Participation in a meal plan is voluntary for Licensees residing in MSQ, UPN and UPS. Voluntary meal plans are purchased directly from the Residential Dining Services vendor and are not subject to the Student License Terms and Conditions. Mandatory and voluntary meals are non-transferrable.
