Common use of Residential Use Clause in Contracts

Residential Use. Unless otherwise provided for in this Lease, no portion of the Lease Premises shall be used as a location for a Residence, for the purpose of mooring or maintaining a structure which is used as a Residence, or for Residential Uses.

For purposes of this Lease, a residence or floating residence includes but is not limited to boats, barges, houseboats, trailers, cabins, or for Residential Usescombinations of such facilities or other such structures which provide overnight accommodations to the Lessee or others.
