Resignation from Positions. Effective as of the Termination Date, you hereby resign from all your positions with the Company, its subsidiaries and its affiliates, including as an employee, officer, director, or member of any committee or board thereof, which you hold or in which you serve immediately prior to the Termination Date. From and after the Termination Date, you shall no longer be an employee, officer or director of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
